Schloss Vollrads stands for tradition but that doesn’t mean mothballs. The fruit is ripe and clean, reflecting the generosity of the vintage. On the palate apricot and peach take on a slightly sweet slant, but the residual sugar is well integrated into a truly juicy expression and a fine mineral accent adds further interest.
