The guys at The Posh Off Licence have always loved a good drink, preferring quality over quantity. After years of travelling and tasting different offerings from different countries from fine Bordeaux to homemade vodkas, we became obsessed with the stories behind each bottle.

During lockdown in 2020 a little off-licence was opened in Melbourne, Derbyshire, to bring those stories to life. It quickly became more than a shop. Locals popped in for tastings, stayed for a chat… and soon, displays turned into tables, and we became a buzzing community bar. Unfortunately that building was sold and we might have found a new location!

But the heart of it lives on. The Posh Off Licence is about discovery, quality, and connection. We champion small producers doing incredible things — and we created The Club to bring you closer to them.
