Ferrari Trento is one of Italy’s most iconic and prestigious sparkling wine producers. Despite the name, it has no relation to the sports car company! Official Toast of Formula 1 – Since 2021, Ferrari Trento replaced Champagne as the sparkling wine used on Formula 1 podiums. Instead, it represents the pinnacle of Metodo Classico (traditional method) sparkling wine from the Trentino region in northern Italy.

• All Ferrari wines are made using the Traditional Method (Metodo Classico) — the same technique used in Champagne, where secondary fermentation happens in the bottle.

• Wines are aged on lees for extended periods (often much longer than DOC regulations require), contributing to their signature elegance and creamy texture.
