Handmade in Guildford, Sipello is a gooseberry-led bittersweet aperitif to be enjoyed with tonic, but we love it in a Negroni.

Sipello marries a gooseberry-led blend of British ingredients such as rhubarb and the little known chuckleberry with sustainably sourced botanicals from around the world not using colouring or artificial flavouring.

It is a fruit-forward aperitif with a long bitter finish, on cocktail menus in some of the UK’s most highly respected cocktail bars, obviously we served it in The Posh Off Licence.
