After 10 months of breeding on fine lines with regular batting, this Sancerre unveils a pale gold dress with white reflections and an expressive and complex nose, blending citrus, lemon, citronella and orange flowers, highlighted by touches of fresh white and green pepper.

In the mouth, the attack is fine and fruity, then the soft and delicate texture is balanced with a subtle salinity. The long and elegant finish, marked by bitter ends, signifies a wine of great purity and remarkable precision.
