What gives their rum its distinct flavour is the long, slow fermentations for over 40 days, and extra richness and depth derived from using a traditional copper double retort still.

Unaged, pure cane spirit, distilled in a traditional copper, double retort still. The fermentations are established with a blend of high-grade cane molasses and cane demerara sugar, which is mixed into a thin syrup and fermented for over forty days. This produces a flavoursome, light spirit suitable for many cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Aroma: Grassy, hay, summer meadow with a touch of liquorice. Light funk.

Taste: Grassy, earthy and characterful with ripe apricot fruit funkiness and light black pepper spice.

Finish: Overripe pineapple emerges in the long grassy finish with an attractive earthy spice.

Overall: Revival Rum makes a delicious Daiquiri and has the character to add much when used alongside other rums in Tiki cocktails.
