Never Never Triple Juniper Gin 50cl 43%

Introducing our twist on a traditional lemon drop martini using vodka. This version adds Triple Juniper Gin instead and also includes lemon curd and egg whites for a fluffy twist on a gin sour.

⁠LEMON DROP MARTINI⁠

⁠60ml Triple Juniper Gin⁠

20ml Lemon juice⁠

15ml sugar syrup⁠

egg white⁠

heaped teaspoon of lemon curd⁠

lemon twist garnish⁠

⁠

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake to combine. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard again to create chill and froth. Strain into a ice cold large martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.⁠
