Introducing our twist on a traditional lemon drop martini using vodka. This version adds Triple Juniper Gin instead and also includes lemon curd and egg whites for a fluffy twist on a gin sour.
LEMON DROP MARTINI
60ml Triple Juniper Gin
20ml Lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
egg white
heaped teaspoon of lemon curd
lemon twist garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake to combine. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard again to create chill and froth. Strain into a ice cold large martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
