Great value white Burgundy from a historic Beaune producer. Perfumed and elegant without heavy oak - proper Chardonnay with Burgundian soul.

Taste: Silky texture with cedary citrus, creamy lees character, clean mineral finish. Green apple, lemon, white flowers. Whole and well-made with depth beyond its price point.

The Story: Entry-level? Not in quality. This Bourgogne Blanc punches well above its weight. From Jean-Claude Boisset’s négociant expertise - sourcing excellent fruit and treating it with respect. Named after the Ursuline nuns who once owned Burgundy vineyards.

Why it works: Chardonnay lovers get proper Burgundy character. Sauvignon Blanc fans appreciate the bright, mineral freshness. Everyone wins at this price.
