Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin 70cl, 43.8%

Australia’s Four Pillars Distillery collected two Master medals, for its Olive Leaf Gin and Spiced Negroni Gin. The former gained the top award for being “moreish with big bursts of flavour”.

The first release from Four Pillars' Bartender Series is the Spiced Negroni Gin! This was developed with Jason from Sydney's The Rook Bar and Four Pillars distiller Cameron, with the intent on making a gin perfect for use in a Negroni cocktail - an honourable endeavour. To do this, they boosted the amount Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used, and added Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.
