Smells herbal and almost lean after the ripe-fruited Laroche Chablis. Taut and crisp on the palate. Mouth-watering and decent length.

   "Bright and brisk with nice weight on the palate, showing typical Aligoté freshness and citrus acidity. Eight months in tank adds honeyed complexity—a luxurious touch in this crisp, age-worthy expression."
