Winning a Master medal from Spitir Business the judges commented, Discarded Grape Skin Vodka was praised by Smith for its “floral bubblegum notes with tart tannic grape notes, lots of almond and cherry”.

Discarded Grape Skin Vodka is a zero waste, grape skin-based vodka made from grape skins leftover from wine making. They distill them then combine them with the Chardonnay wine alcohol from the wine de-alcoholisation process, giving you a luscious, fruit-forward vodka

The unique distilling process of this zero-waste vodka provides a crisp aroma of fresh green apple,  which then move deeper into almond croissant notes, and a bright lychee lift. A luscious mouthfeel, with fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit, complete with a beautiful finish of pink peppercorns.
