Last made in 2019, this comes from the Shaw's Mountain sub-region of the Overberg and is part of a sublime range of Pinot Noirs from Peter-Allan Finlayson. Fermented with 75% whole bunches, it's a judicious blend of the 115 and 667 clones with scented, spicy intensity, lots of zip and focus, savoury tannins and flavours of goji berry, pomegranate and orange zest.

This clear and fresh pinot noir is brimming with red-cherry, pomegranate and rose-hip aromas as well as notes of rosemary stems, bark and tea leaves. Firm, very fine tannins uphold the red fruit on the palate with a medium body and a tight mineral finish.
