So many medals.
Founded in 1891 in the heart of Speyside, Craigellachie distillery sits high above the River Spey, near the meeting of rivers Spey and Fiddich. Designed by Charles Doig and co-founded by whisky legends Alexander Edward and Peter Mackie, it draws its water from a spring on Conval Hill and produces 3.6 million litres annually.
The bold, muscular spirit is matured off-site and bottled under Dewar’s, which took ownership in 1998. Long known to indie bottlers, Craigellachie’s own 13-year-old single malt, released in 2014, reveals a rich Speyside core with smoky edges and vibrant fruit.
A distillery with soul, history, and serious flavour.
