Crisp and lively, with a subtle bitterness that gives it an attractive depth and a long aftertaste.
Verdicchio di Matelica "Vigneti B" by Cantine Belisario is an organic white wine made exclusively from Verdicchio grapes grown in the Matelica DOC of Marche, Italy. The vineyards benefit from a continental microclimate, enhancing aromatic complexity and extending the growing season. The wine undergoes hyperoxygenation during vinification, avoiding sulfur dioxide use, and is aged in stainless steel for 8 months, followed by bottle aging. It exhibits golden yellow hues with aromas of yellow flowers, toasted almonds, and citrus. On the palate, it is soft, structured, and savory with excellent persistence. Ideal pairings include fish dishes, hot appetizers, and pasta with light sauces

More minerally than Terre di Valbona and less on the rhubarb and bitter-grapefruit spectrum. Qualitatively a real step-up. The grapefruit mellows out on the finely textured finish.
