Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin 70cl, 43.8%

A decidedly savoury gin from Australia's Four Pillars Distillery. Inspired by a visit to the Cobram Estate (makers of top-notch olive oil) during the olive harvest, this expression incorporates both olive leaf and olive oil as botanicals, as well as a host of herbs like rosemary, bay leaf, coriander, and more. There's also a helping of lemon and grapefruit in there too, but the focus here is most definitely the gin's savoury elements. Enjoy in a G&T with a sprig of fresh rosemary, or try in a Martini garnished with an olive (of course).

The result is a completely delicious, savoury and bright gin that was released in August 2020 and has gone on to win many serious awards.
