Biggar are a family business started and owned by two brothers, nestled at the foot of the Tinto Hills in South Lanarkshire, Scotland in, yes, Biggar.
The distillery aim to use local botanicals wherever possible, including rowan berries, nettles and lavender.
Fresh orange and oily juniper, with a touch of thyme honey helping develop the sweet/savoury juxtaposition.
Biggar Gin is a product of their small batch philosophy, where tradition and innovation meet, all grounded in a strong sense of place and community.
