Rías Baixas is a renowned wine region in Galicia, northwestern Spain, known for its exceptional white wines, particularly those made from the Albariño grape. 

The DO is divided into five sub-zones, each imparting subtle differences to the wines, from crisp and melony in Val do Salnés to peachier styles in O Rosal.

Aroma: Intense aromas of crisp apple, pear, lime blossom, and lemon verbena, with subtle herbal notes.

Palate: Precise and concentrated flavors, complemented by a stony minerality and balanced by vibrant acidity, resulting in a crisp and clean finish.

The wine features a unique label with a hand-drawn map of the region, created by Santiago's daughter to guide wedding guests to the winery.
