Collection: BOURBON

To be classified as bourbon, a whiskey must meet strict federal regulations:

  • Produced in the United States ( Kentucky produces an astounding 95% of the world's bourbon)
  • Contain at least 51% corn in the mash bill
  • Aged in new, charred oak barrels
  • Distilled to no more than 160 proof
  • Bottled at no less than 80 proof
  • No additives allowed except water
