WHISKY: Scapegrace Vanguard Whisky 70cl 46%

One of our favourite gin producers Scapegrace (remember the one that turned from black to pink) has launched a whisky - and it is already sold out!

This single malt from New Zealand's Scapegrace is distilled from New Zealand laureate barley before maturing in first-fill French oak casks. With notes of poached pears, vanilla, custard, and coconut, the folks at Scapegrace recommend this in their take on the classic Debonair cocktail! Stir 40ml whisky, 10ml ginger liqueur, and a pinch of salt with ice until chilled, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, then garnish with grapefruit zest and a preserved cherry.
